I have the same problem, stuck S-Meter, no sweep, and receiver is down in sensitivity. A call to TT and I was told, "they are aware of the problem and are working on it". I just turn off my OII and back on and the problem is fixed until the next time. The radio is still a Keeper! No big deal here. George
