[TenTec] Herc II and 9420 duty cycle

when i re fitted the outputs on my herc II; I recall my notes calling for bias
at .5 A per PAIR... ( 1/2 A per pair)
X 4 pair = 2 A ...

my Ic meter barely reads anything... i should think it should read closer 
to 2-3 A...
