[TenTec] new rig suggestions

The fist IF freq. is too high for an affordable roofing filter. I think 
the IF before the DSP is 455khz, not sure. You could rig up a crystal, 
cw filter to kick in when needed fairly easily. This was done on the TS-
870 some years ago with good success.
