[TenTec] New LDG Tuners for Jupiter and Orion

I recently bought (and subsequently sold) a 1990's vintage Diawa automatic
high power ( 1 kW ) auto tuner. This thing tuned using rotary components
rather than relays. At any rate, it would match my Carolina Windom 160 on
all frequencies except 40m ( which was where I was really planning on using
it ). My MFJ 259 analyzer reported an under 3:1 SWR at the desired
frequency on 40m. The Diawa manual said that the cause could be harmonics in
the transmitted signal. If I had kept the tuner, I think I would have tried
some sort of lowpass filtering to see if I couldn't have gotten it working
on 40. Maybe something like that would work for you. I thought the TenTec
autotuners were supposed to be able handle a 10:1 SWR.
