[TenTec] signal on 28.634

I'm hearing it here in KY, S4 at 6:40PM. It almost sounds like low speed 
data. The only explanation for the wide coverage and constant strength is:
ITS FROM OUTER SPACE.
I just fed the audio into my computer and am using "Space Decoder" to decode 
it. It seems to be saying something like "need planet....food....kill all 
earthlings"
