James and the group,  IF the TV is doing this,

Then we should complain to the TV manufacturer,  If we don't they will never 
fix it.

Please do so.

Yes it's a hastle, but if they receive a couple hundered,  and we chase 
them, they will not be able to ignore it and still sell in the U.S.
