0 to 30 ?? My C21 does 0 to 60 (like the car commercials). Better measure
the output again. :)

panel knobs and push buttons.   Very, very clean, looks new in all
respects. 
80-10 meter CW only.  0-30  watts (apx) output.  Has built-in  filter w/ 3 
bandwidths.  Operates on  110VAC.  .  Includes a copy of the owner's
