[TenTec] Binaural (Stereo) CW Redux!

I think the purpose is to allow better readability during contesting
where you must run with filters open (if you're running on a frequency). 
The idea is that any help you can get in separating signals when you have
multiple responses is good.  Since I typically can't hold a run
frequency, I haven't had the chance to use it as it's intended.  It does
seem to have potential, but it's another tool one must learn to use.
