The only difference between the Omni A and Omni D is the digital frequency
display (Omni D) verses the analog display (Omin D).

The series B came out and added a new filter board with 2 optional positions
for crystal filters of 1.8, .500, and .250 kHz and removed the squelch
control and added a notch control.
