[TenTec] Omni 6 filter jumper

I have a new to me Omni 6 opt 1 but manual is for 6 plus. I am putting 500hz filter in narrow position but the gain jumper is at right angle to what is shown in 6 plus manual. Looking from front of rig is high gain position to left or right on jumper plug? Thanks for the help in advance.
