at least the Orion has two full separate receivers,,,,compared to the pro 
series.....

but then the scope on the ICOM covers the entire bandwidth of the radio.....
regrettably the Orion scope is ham band receiver only,,,,,

but i can hope,,,,,maybe things will change

so maybe its a OII rather than a ProIII....
