The only way a new ham will get that message is when you open tour mouth and 
tell them. People become interested a a mode of operation by being 
introduced to it by a friend. So, let others now the fun that CW is.

The other OT thing you spoke I must ask, What part of ILLEGAL do you not 
understand.
