Well put Randy! In my business I've had to refuse to deal a few customers that just couldn't be made happy. It was best for both parties. Ten Tec has their reasons not to deal with these people and the complainers need to get over it and move on!  Join the Kenwood or Yaesu reflector and complain, lets get back to Ten Tec issues. I'm looking for a 220 filter. Any out there?
