The adjustment procedure goes like this:
 
Remove top cover. Apply 50 uV signal at 14,1 MHz to antenna terminal  and 
adjust RESONATE control and MAIN TUNING for S-Meter peak.  Set pot R20 on the 
IF-AGC board for S-9 reading. ( Just forward of the 8  pole xtal filter)
