I have seen this a number of times.  With 1.372, often a single push of a
button does not do what it is supposed to do.  I can't recall all the
ones I've seen it happen with, but NR, NB, AN, and I believe RFGAIN.  The
visual indicator says it has changed, but in fact it does not.  It does
not occur with earlier levels of FW.  This was reported early in the life
of 1.372 here on the reflector by several people.
