[TenTec] is this an rf leakage problem??

well, i ran 100 watts again with the blinds wide open, the sun shining in, and my flurecent light on.  the tv remotes did not screw up.  one friend did say he had the same problem and it his feeling it was caused by the power surges and dips on the ac line.  that was his theory.  i'm thinking the power dip/surge theory is the right one.
