[TenTec] New Ten-Tec website + new Orion manual

I'm running IE6 sp1 and Firefox 1.0 and the Ten-Tec page displays
identically well in both browsers.

Kudos to Ten-Tec for recommending Firefox and incorporating SpamPoison
in their page.
