I had never heard that and I don't see any reason for it unless the Pi
filter is designed improperly.  I haven't checked the component values of
the Pi filter so I can't answer your question.  Perhaps someone else here
can.

I'm not going to worry about that because I use openwire fed antennas here
and my Annecke symmetrical matchboxes do a pretty good job of adding
additional bandpass filtering. I haven't measured but I'll guess it to be at
least 15 to 20 dB.  I also use Dunestar bandpass filters between my
transceiver and my amp so that assures the harmonics from the TX are already
at a very low level.

I have heard that the HA-14 is good at producing harmonics. Perhaps due 
to using lower C in the Pi net to make it more compact. I have never 
seen one up close, nor have I seen a schematic for one. Does it use the 
same C and L values in the pi net as Heath's other pair of 572-B amps, 
the SB-200/201? Or is there a big difference. It seems like it could be 
a real neat compact amplifier to have, as long as it does not produce 
QRM. Maybe it would be good in a BPL neighborhood.
