Jerry,
My Omni VI knob has too much drag, and I can't seem to reduce it.  In
addition, the knob has begun to make a horrible vibration noise every ten
turns or so, especially when I spin it fast.  I'm wondering if this is a
symptom of a bad bearing in the encoder.  Also, please answer, if you will,
this stupid question:  How do you take the tuning knob off ?  I don't see
any set screws, and don't want to put a lot of force on it until I know
exactly what I'm doing.
