Dave,

253 Arrived this evening. I pulled it out of the shipping box and it
looks great. I'll test it on line later. It looks exactly like my
other 253, they are both in pristine condition, I did have to replace
several of the loading capacitors in my other 253 after it arrived.
They smoked,  But not  'Lucky Strikes' and I was able to indenty the
problem right away. TenTec send me the replacement capacitors when I
called for  parts and they were No Charge send FREE which doesn't
happed many places.

Thanks for your transaction. I plan to run two stations and needed an
extra auto-matic tuner ..

I've had my other one for 6 or 7 years now and its been good to me.
Just gets a little noisy from time to time and I just had to lubricate
the roller. I have an OMNI 6 plus and an older OMNI-D series B.  But I
have been thinking about an ORION. I just takes $$$$$... I'll have to
start selling pencils on the street corner..
