[TenTec] Noise Blanker in Corsair

Heck, it works.  It just doesn't work on a very wide variety of noise 
pulses.  I've taken advantage of mine on occasion, it certainly took 
out automobile ignition noise pretty well, but many other noises got 
through.  No worse than many other blankers I've had :-)
