[TenTec] Noise Blanker in Corsair

I also have an ANC-4.  It reduced the local noise here by about 90%.  We 
live in an older neighborhood with lots of ancient transformers and 
other electrical infrastructure.  Very useful piece of equipment to have 
if you live in a high noise environment.
