[TenTec] NO XMIT WITH PTT

Ron,
If you have nothing plugged into TXEN and TXOUT on the pegasus, then TXLoop
must be off to allow transmit. If turning TXLoop on causes it to transmit
with nothing plugged into TXEN and TXOUT, then clearly you have a hardware
problem. These are amplifier timing connections. Without an amplifier,
TXLoop should always be off, and nothing should be plugged into TXEN and
TXOUT on the back of the rig. Maybe you have something plugged in these
jacks by mistake.
