[TenTec] make zero beating fast and easy

Look around for a HAL Spectratune, or EAE TI -1.  They are "tuning eye"
devices used for RTTY but you could modify them for CW offset frequency.  Or
find an old PK232 and strip out that tuning eye in the front and retune it
for CW.
