If you read QST either on line or in QST, FCC issues citations every month. Remember, they have automated DF stations now, and can nail you anywhere in the country from the control point in MD. Most amateur band enforcement probably does come based on complaints from fellow amateurs, but they are ready to file on blatant violators. Stuart K5KVH
