AMeritron.

The out from the OMNI V essentially tells the amp that the five wants to
transmit data.
the Amp should respond by asserting the IN to signify GO AHEAD AND TRANSMIT.

Simple interlock to prevent hot switching.

Look at you amp docs and see what it says.
