[TenTec] Omni D Schematic/Manual

Ten*Tec sells the owners manual which is also the service manual.

Could be that nothing is really wrong with the radio because of something as
simple as the ALC knob not being turned fully clockwise.  

It's happened to people who are even more familiar with the rig... trust me.

Acquired a Omni D that has a low power output (35 - 45 watts) problem on all
bands into 50 ohm load.  I need a schematic or manual and suggestions.
Power supply is running 13.5 V at the radio under load.  Draws about 8 amps
under tune (LOCK) condition.
