[TenTec] Orion CW operation

I hear loud clicks and pops using the Orion QSK.  The pops and clicks

seem to be slightly delayed to the right side of the headphones.

Is there a remedy for this?


The T-R relay makes a considerable amount of acoustical noise in

operation.  Helped, no doubt, by the large aluminum panels in the 

chassis. Has anyone performed a "PIN diode" mod or found a quieter

relay?
