Speaking of being picky, is rise time the real
parameter we should be concerned with?  Rise time is
actually a proxy for bandwidth, and I think this is
the real parameter we should be measuring especially
given the ARRL's proposal for this being the
determining parameter for what part of the band you
will be allowed to operate in. 

It doesn't take very much distortion on the carrier of
a CW signal to get over 200hz BW.
