[TenTec] Omin Six Problem

Larry,
I had a problem with my Omni Six where the radio had to be returned to TenTec four times and each time something else would go wrong. Eventually, the radio was fixed and the folks at Tentec remained as helpful as they could be. After the first two times TenTec paid all the shipping and didn't charge me for their work. Early on in the process I spoke with the service manager, Paul Clinton, and he gave my radio priority service after that, so I didn't have to wait weeks for the returns. Eventually,Tentec put my radio on a machine that kept making it transmit over and over (for a week) before they sent it back the final time. I, too, was loosing patience, but TenTec didn't let me down, even if it took some time. In my experience they will do the right thing. Don't give up.
