[TenTec] Openwire fed differently

the only reason I ever twisted  any kind of twin lead was to cut down  on the 
wind flopping. So  when securing a load on my truck with 3 inch wide  canvas  
straps,  I always gave it a half turn so the would not  vibrate  the hold 
downs loose.  you don't want a strap coming loose on  the freeway  and loose 
something into the windshield of the car behind.
