[TenTec] Fan for Omni 6 Plus

I use a 12VDC processor fan from a discarded computer.  Plugs in the 12V 
accessory jack on the radio.

Only needed when I run RTTY for a long time.  Of course the Omni VI Plus is 
100% duty cycle rated.  So it really shouldn't need a fan.
