[TenTec] Ham Radio Deluxe and Orion

I posted this on the Ham Radio Deluxe - Ten Tec forum page, but did not 
get a response; so I am trying here.
I upgraded by laptop and now my "tune" button does not key the xmtr.
Previous laptop and HRD would tune okay.  All other functions with the 
new laptop are working.
Any ideas?
