Amen!!!
Had sent my Orion in Sept. 6th - wasn't xmting. Got it back today - 
exactly 2 weeks. No Charge!! Only cost-my
shipping to Ten-Tec was slightly over the 1 year warrantee.  Mine was 
new when purchased in 2004.
Repaired:
Besides replacing the transistors listed below, and most of the 
updating of boards, etc. also re-aligned the
Synthesizer Board, etc.  Also, something about the 'R' voltage 
staying on during TX (?).
GREAT SERVICE!
Try that on the other manufacturers of Ham Gear.
