[TenTec] 238B Roller Inductor

Ron (KA7U) contacted me off-board and gave me a few suggestions.  Thanks to his help, the roller inductor is 100% better in terms of smoothness of operation.  I should have caught this myself, but the large 3/4-inch wide rubber band on the inductor knob was pushed too far in and was rubbing on the indicator ring for the inductor.  That was adding a lot of friction to its operation and making it pretty herky-jerky.  Thanks to Ron for the suggestion.
