I've had good luck using Davis RF:

They've got both 300 and 450 ohm types.

A little old-fashioned in that orders are sent via fax, but good service.

I would like to purchase some of the plastic windowed twin lead feedline. I
do not find many sources.
The wireman was the only one that I saw that handled it.  Are there many
sources? Or is it mostly a thing of the past.
