[TenTec] Problem: Please confirm Orion II Radios

Nope!
Ran my O2 as set up below all the way down to a Notch Setting of 20 
and back around to 4000.
Other than reducing the SSB signal's input by reducing the pass 
band....worked fine on 3.851.
Still working right now, so this is NOT an overall bug in ALL 
O2's.  Mine is of the original run in
late Dec. 05 and is running 2.032.
