[TenTec] V 1.372 for Orion

OK, just to keep a running list:

1) The NR does not work
2) The O2 cannot be used on phone because the audio is
unintelligable
3) The DSP does not work

DSP seems to work fairly well on mine but I am tired
of fighting city hall.
