[TenTec] V 1.373b

i have been using 1.373b for some weeks now. it has not bombed at all. it 
seems more stable than 1.372. i am told that changing BW can cause it to 
lockup under some conditions, but have not experienced that. sweep also 
seems to be a bit faster than 1.372.
