Hi Ken - that OTHR you reported on the TT reflector is, reputedly, in 
Southern China.
Its PRF is somewhat higher than its old Russian counterpart.
Hear it here on the lower part of 40m in our mornings, around 0500 to 
0600UTC & have also heard itaround on some of the SWBC bands, and 
sometimes on 80m.
I thought originally it was part of the 'Gulf Stuff', but have been told 
that some of the VK boys have DF'ed it to Southern China. Either way its 
a bloody nuisance!
