[TenTec] line out levels are higher in V. 2.033

The Line Out amplitude is much higher in Ver. 2.033.  Had to set it to the
Low output and adjust my line in on the sound card for a higher input.
Almost out of range without additional attenuation.  (using Sound Blaster 16
card)
