Don: If you find one in good condition that you like, buy it!  But only if:

1,  You are a cw op....it is fine on ssb but really shines on cw
2.  buy filters from Inrad for it if they are not already there
3.  be prepared to re-lube the pto at some point.  You will know when it 
is needed
4.  you can live without computer control as the CII has no means to 
interface to one
5,  obtain the remote vfo....or look long and hard for one by 
itself....you will want one
6.  understand that no modifications are necessary...this is one 
fantastic little radio

Prices have stayed stable or have even been rising.  It is somewhat a 
collectors piece since it is the last pto radio TT produced.  Those of
