[TenTec] Inrad 600hz Roofing Filter for OMNI VI+

This question has probably been asked before so I apologize

I have an Omni VI+ loaded with filters (including an INrad
400hz cw filter in the n1 position).   The RX performance is great compared to my Icom 756 pro II.  I'm wondering if the already great performance can be improved by adding the
INRAD 600hz roofing filter.  I like to work dx but my antenna situation is poor at best.  Would the addition of
the roofing filter provide any signal/noise improvement?
I know it would probably help in contest situations where strong close-in signals tend to cover up weak dx signals.
Have any of you used the INRAD roofing filter for the OMNI
series and what if any improvements did you note.
