[TenTec] Omni VII Price

Hi folks


Someone thinks the Omni VII price is too much.
If you look at the price of the Omni VI when hew,
it was, I believe, $2300. Two hundred fifty bucks
increase over ten years is peanuts for much
much better technology. Granted, I can't afford one
(thus putting my money where my mouth is)but, the VII
will be a winner, and you can always put the Collins
mech filters in at a later time. I was surprised at 
their price. Assuming all the Orions I see for sale 
on the reflector find a new home, someone might
just have enough cash to grab a VII. just the thoughts 
of someone who has owned four TT rigs: Omni V.9 is the latest.
