This has been coming for many years. You and I have had ample time to yet 
the FCC know how we feal about it. The international community has gone this 
route and now so do we. The ARRL was not behind a total elimination. They 
wanted to retain it for Extra Class, so get off the lets bash the ARRL. They 
are not correct all the time and neither are you or me, so cool it with the 
bashing, grow up.

When CW was droped from the shipping industry and from the military, the 
hand writing was on the wall. Freight trains are hard to stop

What now, USE it, be EXCITED about it, and TEACH it. It will last as a mode 
of operation, AM is still here.
