Thank you KC4ATU. You have echoed the feelings of thousands. Every amateur operator who did not want to see the code dropped, but who did not write the FCC, at the urging of a very hard working ARRL, has unintentionally allowed this to happen. We could not have changed it anyway, but our voices should have been heard.
So what can we do now? Continue to operate CW as we have in the past. Enjoy it and show the world that it is still a viable force in our communications.
That's it. Let's focus our energies in the positive side of things. The ARRL has done a heck of a lot to keep us informed of what is happening and to enable us to operate at all
