[TenTec] open wire feed/loops

	at 2-3 wavelengths, you stop being a cloud warmer -
remember that at harmonics, the radiation begins to go in
the plane of the loop.  I've used a 160 mtr horiz loop on 80
mtrs and had wonderful performance.
