[TenTec] Omni VI Meter Lamp dimming

my  6 upgraded to "6+ stuff"

did that , drove me crazy, as WHY... did the same as Ken looked at schemo....
but bugged me  since it should not do that.
I doubt that the dimming was "designed in", as opposed to  oops,,,,
