[TenTec] Orion-II and other $$$ deliveries

I have a typed card saying "To Persons Making Deliveries:  Please place 
packages in the front vestibule inside the storm door. Thank you very much." 
  It is laminated and nailed outside beside the front door.  Been there for 
3 or 4 years.  Gets ignored.
