If you do the Argo V portable, beter take good batteries. RX draw is 955 ma.

I dunno, couldn't you put it in a rucksack with a gel cell battery and
make a packset out of it? I bet those 20 W military packsets like the
AN/PRC-15 or AN/URC-87 were a lot heavier than an Argonaut. I think a
few people have made portable setups for the Scout.
